Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. Palet has no servers. All analysis runs on your iPhone using Apple's on-device technologies.

I deleted a photo by mistake.

Palet never deletes anything without your confirmation. Deleted photos stay in the "Recently Deleted" album in the Photos app for 30 days, and you can restore them from there.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Palet Pro, or in Palet go to Settings › Manage subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the current period.

My Pro purchase isn't showing.

In Palet, go to Settings › Palet Pro › Restore. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy it.

I'd like a refund.

Payments are handled by Apple, and so are refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com
